Let's not find love, let love find you!

Today, we run so much to earn money, to achieve success and prosperity that we fail to understand that all this is nothing when it can't be shared with our loved ones. So naturally, we do crave for a partner. That only makes us human.

Growing up, we see so much love and care in the families around us, we want that same love. But we tend to get disappointed with our own imagination.

We want to seek some love; some affection; some care; some intimacy from a single person time and again. Don't we!? This has been like a constant search in our lives even after getting affected from a past experience (maybe). We know we want it again but we are afraid.

This time, let's do things differently!?

Let's just wait (sabr). Wait for the right person, wait and not rush to the first person we find; wait for no red flags; wait for everything to fall into place; wait and not fall for sweet talks; wait for things to automatically start showing positivity; let's not settle for anything less. If its meant to be, God will make that happen for us.

Let's not get disappointed this time with ourselves or anyone else; not everyone is the same, not everyone is going to be the same. Its not even right to blame the other person.

The problem with us is patience. We don't have it. Rush rush and rush is all that we know and want. Wanting everything immediately. But why!? Who is running away!? You or me!? Let's not find love, let love find you!

Why have we seen our parents together for years and years!? Do they not have differences!? Of course! No two human beings can be the same.

Maybe its the patience they hold with one another or may be its the love they have for each other or maybe they learn to forgive each other's mistakes or may be they do not compete with each other or may be they do not hold grudges. Actually all this could be true, rather it is true.

The ingredient to a happy relationship could be a spoonful of compromises; a pinch of understanding; a cup full of forgivingness and a little more spices here and there (maybe to add flavor). Again, its all okay to just write and say but is it that easy!? Of course not. Its a lot of efforts and hard work that we ought to put in it and it has to be both ways.

So running is not the solution but waiting is. If we want to be even half as happy as how our parents spent decades then we do need to have patience and trust in God.

Let's make a difference this time!?
